KMK Secures Final Approval of $12 Million Class Settlement

Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C., is pleased to announce that the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin recently granted final approval of a $12 million class settlement that KMK and its co-counsel obtained in longstanding natural gas price-fixing litigation. Collective to date, KMK and its co-counsel have achieved recoveries of more than $76 million for the businesses, schools, hospitals, and religious organizations that make up the class KMK and its co-counsel represent. KMK looks forward to continuing its prosecution of the case against the remaining defendants.
