KMK Attorney Appointed to the Wisconsin Judicial Council

Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C. is delighted to report that KMK Attorney Ryan M. Billings was recently appointed as a member of the Wisconsin Judicial Council, a 21-member body created by the Wisconsin Legislature composed of judges, attorneys, professors and other legal professionals who study Wisconsin law and make recommendations to the Legislature and Wisconsin Supreme Court concerning improvements in procedure, organization and operation of Wisconsin courts. Since its creation in 1951, the Council has authored numerous rules of procedure and practice that ensure the Wisconsin court system operates with efficiency and fairness. Congratulations, Ryan!
