Ms. Bialzik is a Shareholder in the Litigation Department, with a focus on helping businesses and business leaders face critical litigation challenges at the trial and appellate level. While Ms. Bialzik practices complex litigation across a wide spectrum of subject-matters, she has developed considerable expertise in railroad law, frequently representing clients in FELA, FSAA and LIA matters.
