Debt Recovery & Enforcement Receivables Liquidation Receivables ManagementPhilip is the primary business development and client liaison for KMK. In that role, Phillip is the point of contact for incoming requests for service from existing and potential clients. This work involves triaging incoming requests for legal services, identifying the legal issues involved, and conferring with the various departments at KMK in evaluating potential claims. For accepted matters, Philip reviews intake materials to ensure they are complete and contain all proper documentation, and ensures that matters are assigned to an appropriate attorney at KMK. Phillip serves as the first line of review for nearly every matter KMK handles, and plays a critical role in ensuring clients are timely served by the right counsel.
Having previously acted as the primary attorney representing clients in small claims actions throughout Wisconsin for many years, Philip has developed a strong level of trust with many KMK clients. Having worked for several years with Businessweek Magazine in New York and as a journalism major, combined with his legal training and experience, Philip is well placed to communicate with clients and understand their legal needs. Utilizing his considerable skills, Philip has established effective working practices and relations with new and existing clients which continue to grow KMK’s practice.
