KMK Secures Preliminary Approval of $12 Million Class Settlement

Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C., is pleased to announce that the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin recently granted preliminary approval of a $12 million class settlement KMK and its co-counsel obtained in longstanding natural gas price-fixing litigation. A Hearing to consider final approval of the class settlement has been set for June. If the Court grants final approval, millions of dollars will be distributed to the class of Wisconsin businesses and commercial entities that KMK represents.
