KMK Presents At Seminar On Recent Developments in Trade Secret And Non-Compete Laws
Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C., attorney Ryan M. Billings recently presented at a seminar for in-house and outside counsel on emerging trends in trade secret, non-compete and restrictive covenant law. The seminar addressed the latest developments in trade secret law under the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (DTSA), new developments in state non-compete laws and best practices in crafting restrictive covenant contracts for multi-state employers.
