KMK Participates in Panel Discussion On Recent Developments in Employment and Non-Compete Laws

Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C., attorney Ryan M. Billings recently participated in a Panel Discussion on recent developments in employment law. The Panel addressed the Federal Trade Commission’s recent proposed rule that would ban non-compete agreements, the National Labor Relations Board’s recent guidance on restrictive covenants in severance agreements, and the Department of Labor’s latest guidance on classifying workers as employees or independent contractors.
