Samuel C. Wisotzkey Appointed As a Member of the Board of the American Board of Certification

Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, the American Board of Certification (ABC) is an entity that offers certification programs in business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. ABC certification identifies lawyers who have met discrete, rigorous and objective certification standards, providing concrete guidelines to assist potential clients in making an informed decision when choosing a lawyer in the fields of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. ABC has certified over 1,000 attorneys nationwide, and is sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and Commercial Law League of America (CLLA).
Mr. Wisotzkey has been certified by the ABC in Business Bankruptcy since 2017, and now joins the Board of the ABC. KMK Attorneys Matthew P. Gerdisch (Business Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights) and Eric R. von Helms (Business Bankruptcy) have also earned certifications from the ABC.
