Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C. Welcomes New Attorney Samuel M. Draver

KMK is pleased to announce that Samuel M. Draver, Esq., has joined the firm as an Associate in the Business and Financial Services Practice Group.  For the past five years, Sam worked with firms in the Milwaukee area, primarily in worker’s compensation defense, labor law, and personal injury.

“We are excited to have Sam join our team and look forward to integrating his prior litigation and dispute resolution experience with our long tradition of assisting businesses, lenders and other creditors in all aspects of their commercial and financial relationships, whether inside or outside of federal or state court proceedings” says Samuel Wisotzkey, Practice Group Chair.  

Mr. Draver earned his law degree from the Marquette University Law School in 2017, where he served on the Student Bar Association Executive Board and participated in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition.  During his time in Law School, Sam also interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court.  Sam earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University as well.
