As a member of KMK’s Commercial Collections Department since 2012, Gengler regularly represents KMK clients in collection and enforcement actions throughout the United States and beyond. Gengler appears on behalf of KMK’s clients in Wisconsin courts, supervises local counsel in other jurisdictions in pursuing claims and prosecuting cases to judgment, and directs the enforcement of post-judgment remedies. By aggressively pursuing and enforcing our clients’ legal rights, Gengler has a demonstrated track record collecting substantial amounts for KMK’s clients, often in cases involving debtors from whom the client has given up hope of ever collecting a single dollar. Gengler is also KMK’s primary representative with the Commercial Law League of America, advancing KMK’s critical partnerships with counsel across the United States.
