KMK Presents At Paralegal Seminar On Avoiding Administrative Disasters

Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C., paralegal Billie J. Jentsch recently presented at a seminar organized by the Institute for Paralegal Education, a division of the National Business Institute. The topic of the seminar was: “The Paralegal’s Guide to Avoiding Administrative Disasters.” In the presentation, Ms. Jentsch applied her nearly 30 years of experience in the legal industry to provide best-practice guidelines for fellow paralegal professionals on the ethical implications of even small slip-ups, ways to correct them immediately, and (most importantly) practical  and systematic strategies for avoiding errors. Ms. Jentsch also answered questions from participants on the best ways to create an error-free work environment.
