Kailyn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2016, with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She has significant work experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments in both law enforcement and corporate settings, including a lengthy stint with a financial advisory firm before joining KMK.
Working closely with KMK’s Office and Operations Manager, Kailyn manages all of KMK’s incoming and outgoing client payments in addition to managing all in-house accounting records, procedures and operations. As KMK often stresses, a healthy, sustained and timely cash-flow is the lifeblood of any business, and Kailyn’s sound management of KMK’s receivables on behalf of its clients plays a key role in KMK’s collection strategy.
Kailyn has developed significant expertise in and knowledge concerning KMK’s custom-built practice technology, which KMK leverages to provide top-notch service to KMK’s clients. Her strong work ethic, technical know-how and communication skills make Kailyn a critical member of the KMK team.
