Kailyn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2016, with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She has significant work experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments in both law enforcement and corporate settings, including a lengthy stint with a financial advisory firm before joining KMK.
Working closely with KMK’s Office and Operations Manager, Kailyn manages all of KMK’s incoming and outgoing client payments, and helps maintain KMK’s financial records. As KMK often stresses, a healthy, sustained and timely cash-flow is the lifeblood of any business, and Kailyn’s sound management of KMK’s receivables on behalf of its clients plays a key role in KMK’s collection strategy.
Kailyn has developed significant expertise in and knowledge concerning KMK’s custom-built practice technology, which KMK leverages to provide top-notch service to KMK’s clients. Her strong work ethic, technical know-how and communication skills make Kailyn a critical member of the KMK team.
