After eleven years teaching business in high school and at technical college levels, Pat has found great success in the application of her management skills over the past 30 years, to better prepare KMK to perform as a law firm of today. Pat ensures that KMK attorneys have the administrative and organizational support necessary to ensure that they are fully prepared in the counseling and representation of clients.

Pat helps to ensure that clients receive the best possible service. In addition to managing paralegals and legal support personnel, Pat seeks to acquire a thorough knowledge of our clients’ businesses as well as our clients’ employees who work with information and counsel from KMK attorneys. Her interest is to provide an additional source of communication and progress and to shape the way KMKSC works to best match the operational needs and practices of each client.

Pat serves as the “spark plug” to knit KMK’s expertise to the client’s desires and needs, in the most efficient and productive manner possible. In that capacity, she will often introduce the personnel of a new client to the attorney and support staff of KMK, with the design to coordinate our firm and client into a well-tuned working relationship, as is so necessary to produce results.
