Alexander “Alex” Marsland is a law clerk at KMK and currently finishing his final year at Marquette University Law School. As law clerk, Alex drafts pleadings and conducts research on a large array of legal issues across multiple practice areas. He also attends various proceedings to gain practical legal experience.
Prior to joining KMK in the summer of 2018, Alex interned for Justice Daniel Kelly at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He has also interned for the Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel, and the Honorable Judge Mark Gundrum at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. In the classroom, he has shown particular proficiency in creditor-debtor law, sales, civil procedure, and real estate finance and development. In his third year of law school he is developing his knowledge in business and corporate law.
