Mr. Siegman is a problem solver who concentrates on the enforcement of contractual rights against parties located throughout North America. He is adept in the liquidation of commercial debt, and negotiates out-of-court settlements and manages local co-counsel throughout the U.S. when action in court or alternative dispute forums is appropriate. He is able to draw upon over a decade of experience as corporate counsel to corporations, responsible for educating co-counsel and directing internal negotiation teams in most areas of law that arise in modern day-to-day business operations.

With his understanding of the workings of businesses and corporate legal functions, Mr. Siegman is experienced in resolving issues in employment law, product liability, intellectual property licensing and protection, distribution arrangements, service agreements, licensing and registration, the Uniform Commercial Code, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He has successfully reviewed and enhanced contractual and operational practices to reduce legal risk on numerous occasions. He has also been responsible for the selection of counsel throughout North America, and in ensuring that information is shared efficiently and purposefully among local counsel acting in far-flung venues.

Mr. Siegman manages the enforcement of creditor’s rights on claims throughout the U.S. and Canada. He employs business evaluation skills developed in industry to assess situations and opportunities to secure recovery for clients upon contracts and guarantees. Should legal action become necessary, he works closely with local co-counsel to ensure that clients’ rights are faithfully protected and desired results are achieved rapidly and cost–efficiently, regardless of where the litigation takes place.
