KMK Names New Shareholders

KMK congratulates Melinda A. Bialzik, Ryan M. Billings, and Zach Whitney on becoming shareholders of our firm!
 
Ms. Bialzik is a graduate of Harvard Law School. She began her legal career at Foley & Lardner in Milwaukee.
 
Mr. Billings is also a graduate of Harvard Law School. He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine  & Moore in New York.
 
Mr. Whitney is a graduate of Marquette University Law School, served as a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and was an Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee County for several years before beginning private practice at KMK.
 
All three new shareholders concentrate their practices in general and complex business and commercial litigation and counseling.
