Devon practices in the firm’s Finance Department, which provides counsel to KMK’s national client base in the areas of business and banking, bankruptcy, secured transactions, commercial collections, construction lien and bond law and affiliated commercial disciplines.

 

Prior to joining KMK, Devon was a law clerk to the Honorable G. Michael Halfenger in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cindy Thyer and the Honorable Barbara Halsey, both in the Second Judicial Circuit of Arkansas. During law school, she worked as a research assistant to Professor Ken Gould.

 

Prior to law school, Devon spent more than eight years working at Wells Fargo Bank, where she managed projects for thousands of foreclosure and bankruptcy procedures.
